Established in 1910, Haldwani Furniture Mart is a manufacturer, supplier and retailer of all kinds of wooden furniture and, a major dealer in all kinds of timber. Located in the city of Haldwani, in the Naini Tal district of Uttarakhand, the name is synonymous with quality furniture. We remain committed to our goal of providing high quality furniture and timber to our customers, for over a century now.

is engaged in the manufacturing of fine handcrafted wooden furniture for home (living, dining and bedroom furniture), offices (officer chairs and tables) and educational and residential institutions (desks and writing tables, chairs, computer tables and laboratory furniture). It is also a major supplier and dealer of all kinds of timber, including some of the country’s finest quality sesham and sal wood for construction purposes and interiors.We hope to establish a wider presence, and to reach across to customers, truly appreciative of quality hand-crafted wooden furniture. The rich history
Haldwani Furniture Mart was established by Pt. Hari Dutt Joshi. It started initially as two firms: Haridutt and Brothers and the Haldwani Saw Mill. The Saw Mill has a history of its own, and in that Haldwani Furniture Mart remains a pioneer in the Kumaon region, to have started one of its first saw mills.
As the demand for furniture slowly increased in colonial Kumaon, HFM became a major manufacturer and supplier of furniture. Its primary customers included the then colonial offices, various governments departments, schools, colleges and numerous individual customers. As such, the firm continues to derive its basic philosophy of fine, durable yet elegant furniture since its start over a century ago.
This philosophy remains, even as new styles of furniture and furniture making continue to affect our style and brand of furniture. It is our endeavour to blend the best of old with the best of new.
